Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years proven Sales success in the Mortgage or Real Estate industry is preferred, but not required
• Proven success establishing and maintaining community networks/centres
• Demonstrated success in building trust and maintaining long-term client relationships

Skills/Competencies/Attributes:

• Proven application of business acquisition mindset.
• Ability to network, prospect and ask clients for referrals
• Excellent presentation and organizational skills
• Excellent Communication Skills

Mortgage Agent Education:

• High School Diploma
• Required Registration/Licenses obtained or in progress
